The golf course is something you probably stay away from, seeing as you probably don’t consider golf to be much of a sport when people mostly tend to stand around and swing from time to time. But golf can be good for the muscles in your arms, as everyone wants some good biceps to show of in the summer! Golf is also a sport that’s quite slow paced, so you’re never going to have to keep up with someone else, and you’re never going to be stressed because of a time limit or team interaction.
So if you’ve not considered the pros and cons of golfing before now, now is your chance to fix that mistake. It’s not just a sport for posh people, and you can get a lot out of just one trip to the course or the driving range.
