You 100% absolutely need to start prioritizing your health since this ensures that you have the energy and vitality to enjoy all aspects of life. It’s your health that makes you who you are, it’s what keeps you going, that’s the basic of basic for living, so don’t neglect it, ever.

It sounds weird, but it’s true: if you’re not taking care of your health, you can expect to pay bigger in the long run. So there’s this horrible loop that some people have in their mind that resting is bad, that resting makes you unproductive and makes you fall behind in work. But this is completely false! A well-rested, physically fit, and mentally sharp folks can accomplish tasks more efficiently, make better decisions, and maintain a high level of focus. Whatever work you’re doing, if you want to excel, you’ll need more breaks.
