They’re stimulants, and so they will increase your level of stress, rather than to reduce it, which is what you want to happen. When you’re feeling stressed out, avoid coffee and any caffeinated drinks in general. Stick to decaf if you want the coffee taste and there’s also plenty of un-caffeinated drinks that you can get. Be wary of alcohol as well because that can certainly make an impact on how you feel.

Find Something That Relieves Stress

Stress-busters are something you need when you’re feeling that way, and so it’s a good idea to focus on those things that can help relieve stress. It might take a bit of figuring out first because dealing with stress can be different for everyone. Exercise is one of the  most popular ways to relieve stress, but you might find that certain exercises are more effective than others.
