My Personal Connection to Books
My Personal Connection to Books
What is better than amazingly unique books? What is better than inspiring the world to dream? I can't count how many books that I’ve read which have made me more open-minded. The pleasure of reading books is endless - discovering new places, new people, new ideas...
My muse for my writing are the books that I read. Books improve my thinking process and give me inspiration for my articles! I am impressed by all of the strong characters in books who make me more brave and creative, myself. Feeling all of these emotions and thinking these thoughts make myself a better “me”!
In books, I’m always looking for courageous women who makes self- sacrificing choices for her family, who makes smart choices for herself, and who makes logical decisions in her love life. Katniss Everdeen, Hermione Granger, Hazel Grace Lancaster, Jane Eyre, Jo March and more... These women inspire me in so many different ways.
Personally, my favourite character is Katniss Everdeen from Hunger Games. (Shout-out to Jennifer Lawrence for her amazing acting skills!) Her efforts for her sister, her sincerity for Rue, her love for Peeta, her thoughtful attitude for Gale, her insubordination for President Snow and Capitol's unfair rules and more importantly her passion in the Games. Suzanne Collins's character Katniss Everdeen is one of the most unforgettable characters of the 21st century.
This has inspired me to want to write about such strong, brave, creative, confident, beautiful women, too. I am sure we will read about these kinds of characters so much in the future, because in this century we need inspiration and encouragement for ourselves!
