For years now, mental health has been a taboo topic. It has been considered impolite conversation, or something that people should keep to themselves. Rather than experiencing a spectrum of personalities, the individual is likely to live in one identity, then rapidly switch to another identity. They consequently experience severe memory loss that reaches beyond forgetfulness. Depression is a more commonly experienced mental illness. In fact, it’s estimated that around six percent of the population have experienced depression at some point or another.
