Of course, taking better care of your physical and mental health also means you need to stop unhealthy behavior. We all have bad habits, but some can have worse long-term effects than others. The occasional glass of wine is fine, but you could be damaging your liver and mental health if you consume alcohol in excess. The same goes for junk food. As we discussed in the point above, balance is the key to healthy eating. The best way to put an end to unhealthy behavior is to seek support from loved ones. Exercise releases endorphins, so it’ll improve your mental state.
