Niggling Health Issues Solved
You just can’t get through life without having to deal with those niggling health issues. Well, some people seem to get through most of their life like superman or woman. But, at some point age will always catch up, and before we know it the years of abuse we used to give our body will soon catch up. It is inevitable for everyone. You don’t necessarily have to of even abused your body. You could just be someone who is unfortunate enough to have every health issue under the sun hit them at once. But with such a strain on the medical industry at the minute, it’s always best to try and deal with things whilst you can at home. Whilst sometimes you can’t avoid the doctors, it’s always best to try. So here are some common health issues, and how to solve them.
You might be reading this and thinking, how on earth is fatigue a health issue? Well, it affects so many of us around the world. There’s a long standing joke that once you start school you never truly feel awake again. But it’s true. There comes an age where you can sit and think, ‘I don’t remember the last time I didn’t feel tired’. But funnily enough, we’re the ones causing it. We’re babied up until we go to high school, but then parents have no choice but to let the reigns go a little. Then comes the bad diet, the lack of exercise, and the choice of staying up to sit on their phones or watch the favourite TV show. We put on a good front, but underneath most of us can admit we’re exhausted aren’t we. Luckily for you, there’s an easy way of solving the issue. All you need to do is reverse what we said above. Get that early nights sleep, that’s one of the most important. But at the same time, don’t oversleep, you’ll be left feeling just as tired. Annoying isn’t it? Seems like you can’t win. But a good 8 hours full sleep will leave you feeling refreshed. That is until you shovel a McDonald’s breakfast into your body and your digestive system goes into overdrive trying to get rid of it. Here comes the tiredness again. Start the day right with some poached eggs on seeded bread. Easy to digest and will leave you with the burst of energy you need. Just simple changes to your diet alone can leave you feeling much better.
Sight And Hearing
It is more common for your sight to go before your hearing, but both are equally as important to you as the other. It can be pretty worrying for you when you start noticing your loss of hearing, but there are ways of improving it, there aren’t very many of preventing. The best thing you can do is try to stay away from loud noises as much as possible. The damage it does to your eardrum is what will see it deteriorate quicker. To improve it you need to visit an ENT specialist to see what treatment is going to work best for you. If you’re young, you might benefit from surgery rather than a hearing aid. Choosing an ent, but make sure you pick one that you’re going to be able to build a good bond with. Your sight is one of the most important things to you. But as you get older you will definitely notice you’re starting to lose it a bit. The best thing you can do is catch it early. As soon as you notice any strain, you should try and visit your optician. The more your eyes strain, the more damage you’re going to do. So, just one trip and one payment could help you massively in the long run. Even if you do go early, you’re going to be lucky if your eyesight doesn’t deteriorate naturally as you get older. If you’re worried and want to keep your sight for as long as possible, vitamins A, E and C all improve the function and will preserve it for as long as possible.
Those are just two of the things that can really affect the quality of our life if we chose to ignore them. There’s so many more that we’ll come across as we get older, one of the main being arthritis. But if you take anything away from this article, it should be this. You need to look after your body whilst you still can. There’s so much more to life than growing old and being in pain from a younger age. Treat your body like a temple and you’ll be able to live a longer fuller life.
