Rachel Tiet has many different roles at Norco High School. To the student body, she is known as ‘Miss Norco High’, the winner of the annual pageant hosted by the journalism team. To her teachers, she gives the positive impression of a hardworking student with ambitious college goals. Within the ambition of Rachel lies the intention to know more about her Vietnamese culture.
